This is a label to be proud of! At Little Pirzwell we try to retain the best of traditional farming techniques for the value this adds in a modern world. Because our farm is small, family run, and works with the West Country natural environment rather than against it, we can do this successfully. At Little Pirzwell, we are proud of our heritage, but we are dynamic and highly efficient when it comes to meeting the needs of our individual customers today.
Unlike the supermarkets and many other producers, we take great care with our meat processing. Our beef and lamb, prepared by a skilled, traditional West Country butcher, is processed to our exacting specifications. We use a local butcher where we see that the highest standards of welfare, care and hygiene prevail. Consequently our livestock travel only a short journey, avoiding unnecessary stress.
